Please contact us by email, fax or phone for quotation with bulk volume, or please go to our on line store for samples order.
3. I
only want to buy one or two pieces of your products
for personal use, is that OK with eGismos?
Answer:
Please visit our on line store for sample charge or retail service.
4. What
kinds of shipping do you offer, and their cost respectively?
Answer:
The
way we ship depends on the quantity and your need. The
rule of thumb is
i. For less than 100 PCS, Post Office
Express is recommended.
ii. For in between 50~4,000 PCS,
UPS Express is recommended.
iii. For more than 2,000 PCS, forwarder
and agent is recommended.
Each inevitably has its pros and cons
i. Cost: cheaper, Speed: normal,
usually within 2 weeks worldwide. Higher risk because
chance is the parcel may get lost somewhere.
ii. Cost: highest, Speed: fastest,
usually within 4 days worldwide. No risk of getting
lost.
iii. Cost: normal, Speed: normal,
depending the delivery type (land, sea, or air.) Low
risk of getting lost. BUT only port to port service
is available and an agent of yours is needed to clear
the customs. If door to door delivery is requested,
the price will be almost the same as that of
FedEx Express.
As to the shipping cost, we are developing an automated
web application that can calculate the shipping
rate and soon it would be available. At this moment,
please inquire us by email.
5. Do
you accept credit card? What are your payment terms?
Answer:
We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our on line store. For bulk order,
100% T/T in advance is our payment term for first time
customers. Also, partial T/T in advance and partial
shipping is encouraged in order to build mutual trust
especially for the first deal.
Depending on the amount, there are three kinds of payment:
i. Check, for transaction less than
USD100. please send to our sales office in either Canada or Taiwan.
ii. T/T, or Wire transfer, for transaction
more than USD100.
iii. L/C, Letter of Credit, for transaction
more than USD10,000

6. We
are manufacturers too, and we have excess stocks, can
we sell them to you?
Answer:
We
welcome your excess stock as long as their quality can
meet our requirement. We will deploy our QA personnel
to examine their quality in person if your factory is
in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, or Singapore. As to other countries,
we can not accept them due to various problems.

7. We
need to have our company logo imprinted on your products,
is it possible?
Answer:
Yes.
It is possible.
8. What
is your return policy?
Answer:
eGismos
has done its best to prevent defective products, and
each product is fully examined before shipping. However,
if defective products still appear, please refer to
the following policy.
- eGismos Technology Corporation has a
very fair but firm return policy. Products that are
brand new can be returned for up to 20 days from the
date of purchase. Do not use the products if you intend
to return them. We do not sell used products and will
not accept returns on products that show any signs
of use. If you decide to return the products do not
forget to return the instruction manuals, warranty,
and gift box, if any.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ship the products back
to us via a traceable method such as Ups, Fed Ex etc.
Do not forget to insure the products for the amount
of the credit you are expecting.
- Brand new defective products should
be sent back to eGismos Corp. for exchange. Used defective
products should always be sent to the appropriate
service centers or distributors. Do not send them
to eGismos Technology Corporation. as it will delay your repair.
Please notice that batteries and ink replacement are
excluded from our policy.
There are
some exceptions to the above stated policy. In those
cases, we will assess the return policy on an individual
basis in writing.
9. How
can we obain a sample?
Answer:
eGismos
do NOT have FREE SAMPLE policy for first time customers.
Please refer to FAQ question 3 for
samples purchase procedure. eGismos certainly have free
samples for our regular customers.

We have a patented product, can you manufacture it for
us?
Answer:
Yes,
we welcome any custom design products, OEM or ODM. Please
send a brief description of the product by mail, and
we will contact you if we decide to go on. Please refer to our OEM and ODM webpage.

can I get them from you?
Answer:
Yes, please feedback your inquiry, and our sales representives will be more than happy to asist you get what you are looking for.
13.
Do you know something about the safety regulations regarding
laser products?
Answer:
Yes,
we spare no expense when it comes to complying safety regulations
worldwide. And safety regulations varies with different
countries or regions.
In US, 3mW is the max allowable output laser
power emitted by ordinary laser pointer, which is categorized
as class IIIa. The governing association is CDRH of
FDA in which eGismos had been listed with credit for
years.
In European Community, where CE safety regulations
are acting, only 1mW or class I laser output from laser
pointers is allowed. All our laser products comply with
LVD and EMC directives of CE regulations because of
strict QC gate and automatic power control circuit design.
In Japan, the same rules apply as that of Europe,
so 1mW is the allowable output power.
For the rest of the world, the rules vary. Please
find out the related law correctly in your region before
placing an order.
Please notice that above regulations ONLY apply
to END USER products. In other words, component like
laser diode or laser modules are excluded from above
safety regulations and it is the responsibility of the
END USER product maker to apply for certification of
various safety standard.
